Jesus is the master of community, and it is His presence which leads to the creation of Christian community. As Little Brothers of the Good Shepherd, our founder left us a legacy of community that was built around the Eucharist and Marian devotions. It was also enriched around meals where stories were shared.

In community, we are called to live together, to work together, and to be supportive of each other in various ministries. Our ministry affects our community and our community affects our ministry. We endeavor to live out our vowed life in a simple lifestyle.

From our founder, we have a sense of spontaneity; to respond to life as it happens. We strive to enjoy life; to share a sense of humor; to be respectful of each other; and to listen attentively as we encounter Christ in one another.
